The mobile number and National ID provided at registration will be verified. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.

• Providing your correct name, date of birth, and mobile number during registration is mandatory.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Only one account may be opened per mobile number.
• Transferring or selling an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Registration is strictly prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age.

Z777z supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Deposits are generally instant, and withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

All withdrawal requests are subject to verification. z777z reserves the right to request additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 1,000.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. A wagering requirement must be met before converting a bonus to cash. Withdrawing before meeting this requirement will result in the bonus being forfeited.

• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• Bonus wagering requirements are typically 15–30 times the original bonus amount.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Z777z reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Accounts found to be misusing bonuses may be suspended.

• Z777z is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Z777z is not directly liable for issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• Z777z is not responsible for any account data breach resulting from the user's own negligence.
• In the event of an unexpected technical error, the maximum compensation will be determined in accordance with the applicable policy.
• Z777z is not liable in force majeure situations (natural disasters, war, pandemics).

The effective date of any updated terms will be clearly stated. Continued use of the platform after that date will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
